2. Investigation and Repeat Infringers
Upon receipt of a valid complaint, Black Rose Trading may review the content, request more info, or temporarily remove access. We maintain a strict policy for repeat infringers which may lead to account suspension or permanent termination of access to the Service.

3. Responding to a Claim
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including evidence of authorization or lawful use. We will review and determine whether to restore the content.

4. False or Misleading Claims
Submitting fraudulent or bad-faith infringement claims is strictly prohibited. Black Rose Trading reserves the right to reject inaccurate reports and restrict future submissions from such parties.
