Delivery Area

Black Rose delivers to available locations throughout Qatar. Delivery availability and timing may vary depending on the customer's location, product availability and current order volume.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver eligible orders within 24 hours in Doha whenever possible. Some locations, large orders, busy periods, public holidays or products requiring additional preparation may need more time.

The estimated delivery information provided by our team is an estimate and may change because of traffic, weather, access restrictions or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charges

• The applicable delivery charge is shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.
• Free delivery may be available for qualifying orders over QAR 200.
• Special delivery charges may apply to remote locations, oversized products or unusual delivery requirements.

Order Confirmation

After an order is placed, Black Rose may contact the customer using the phone number or WhatsApp number provided during checkout to confirm the order, address or suitable delivery time.

Please ensure that your mobile number, delivery address, building number, zone, street and location details are correct.

Receiving Your Order

• Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.
• Check the package and product condition as soon as possible after delivery.
• If an item is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and keep the product and packaging.
• Photos or a short video may be requested to help us review a delivery issue.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery team cannot reach the customer, access the location or complete the delivery because the provided information is incorrect, the order may be rescheduled. Additional delivery charges may apply when another delivery attempt is required.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the address or cancel an order. Once an order has been prepared or sent for delivery, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
