Return and Refund Policy

At Black Rose Trading, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return items and receive a refund in accordance with this policy. Our practices comply with the Qatar Consumer Protection Law.

1. How to Request a Return or Refund
Step 1: Access Your Order - Log in to your account or use your email confirmation if you checked out as a guest. 

Step 2: Select the Relevant Order - Locate the order and select 'Return/Refund Request'. 

Step 3: Choose the Item(s) - Select the items and provide the reason for return (photos may be required).

Step 4: Choose Refund Method - Select store credit or original payment method.

Step 5: Return the Item - Follow provided instructions for courier pickup or drop-off within Qatar. 

Step 6: Track Status - Monitor your request via account notifications or WhatsApp updates.

2. Return Eligibility and Window
In accordance with Qatar regulations, customers have the right to return or exchange products within 7 days of receipt if the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description.

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Tags, labels, seals, and original packaging must remain intact.
 • Items must not show signs of wear or misuse.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns due to hygiene and safety standards:

• Personal care items
 • Perishable goods (Food/Grocery)
 • Customized or personalized products
• Final sale/Clearance items

4. Refund Policy and Timeline
Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected. Card refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Store credits may process faster.

5. Fraud Prevention
We monitor return activity for potential abuse. We reserve the right to deny requests or suspend accounts in cases of excessive returns, empty packages, or false evidence.
